However, I had to learn how to balance my emotions.<\/p>\n<p>Spending too much time being overwhelm, sad, and even having those extended Debbie Downer days won&#8217;t get anything accomplished. For days when I&#8217;m having a moment, I grant myself a 15-minute pity party.<\/p>\n<p>During this party, I am usually dancing or working out. I also like listening to something inspirational or positive to help me get all of my sad emotions out. I don&#8217;t use this time to vent. Sometimes venting will get the best of me and then my pity party will get extended.<\/p>\n<p>For many, this pity party may seem extreme, but it has been the best method for me especially after an extended period of not getting shit done.<\/p>\n<p>Well Dolls, the DJ has just announced our 15-minute &#8220;Pity Party&#8221; is coming to an end, so whatever you need to get out your system, get it out NOW. No more sad shit, let&#8217;s boss up.
